The journey from submitted to fully validated utterance on the train2earn platform has several steps. Architects create the campaigns, builders submit utterances, validators approve or reject utterances. There's also the dynamic submission cap and reward claim period.
How can a builder know the status of a particular campaign? Easy! Just log in as a builder and go to the campaign selection screen. The column marked 'status' (circled in red) shows the status of the campaign.
The following is a list of all status messages and their meaning:
Upcoming: Campaigns that are set to begin at a future date and time.
In Progress: Campaigns for which builders are currently submitting utterances.
Pending Validation: The submission period has ended for builders, but not for validators. Validators will continue to see ‘In Progress’ until the campaign reaches ‘Finished.’
Finished: The campaign has either hit the required number of validated utterances or the campaign submission period has ended. At this stage, builders and validators can claim rewards earned for that campaign.
Closing: The period for the architect to close the campaign. At this time, the architect claims back any surplus SNS from the campaign budget and deletes account state stored on-chain.
Closed: The architect has closed the campaign and rewards can no longer be claimed.
