# 11.1 Intention

This section describes the Synesis Foundation.

The mission of the Synesis Foundation is threefold: &#x20;

* promote the ethical use of AI data for public good;
* gamify to maximize network value; and
* support diversity in knowledge and language.

It invests and provides grants to scientist, engineers, developers, game designers, community builders, ethicists, and influencers to serve its mission.
