# 6.2 Architecture

Figure 21 shows the overall architecture and process by which Kanon Exchange functions as a price discovery platform for all Kanons in the Synesis One Ecosystem. This vital market function mechanism allows any Kanon to be transmuted into a composable DeFi asset using a collateralization ratio, and most importantly, liquidity, which is the lifeblood for any ecosystem of workers who need to be compensated.
