# 12.2.2 Deflationary Measure | Subject to Changes

If the average cumulative reserve balance of the SynesisDAO Treasury stays at least 50% of the original balance at TGE, and all operational expenses are fully paid, 50% of the quarterly profit generated by Synesis One will be burned on the blockchain to permanently reduce the circulating supply.
