# 7.1 Intents

SynesisDAO is the on-chain collective run by SNS holders. It provides a decentralized governance structure with community voting so that Synesis One can accomplish the following mission:

* Build something beneficial to all humanity.
* Make data for AI accessible and tradable for anyone.
* Create a user experience that is inclusive, secure, social, artistic, cultural, competitive, intelligent, sophisticated, and fun-loving. 
* Prioritize participation over speculation
* Make it count by creating a real opportunity to earn a living
